Working closely with BDP’s multidisciplinary teams, we help embed robust safety principles from concept through to delivery—supporting design decisions, managing regulatory duties, and ensuring projects meet the highest standards of health, safety, and compliance. 

Vesta Projects works alongside EDP on the North London Heat and Power Plan (NLHPP) Energy Recovery Facility programme, providing specialist safety leadership and CDM Principal Designer expertise to support one of the UK’s most significant infrastructure developments. Our collaboration ensures robust risk management, clear governance, and a consistently high standard of health and safety throughout the project.

Vesta Projects is supporting the final phase of the Cathedral Green development as CDM and Health & Safety consultants, ensuring safe and compliant delivery of this new urban village in Ely. The scheme includes 116 Build to Rent homes and a three‑storey commercial building with flexible office space, all designed to reflect the area’s cottage‑style character. Centred around a landscaped, pedestrian‑focused village green and connected via a new woodland walk to a protected wildlife site, the development promotes safe, accessible community spaces. Our involvement ensures robust safety management and clear CDM oversight through the final construction stage.
