Our team is led by Victoria Heath, an award-winning seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in management, consultancy, and leadership across various sectors, including construction, , film and TV production, manufacturing, and telecoms.

Our expertise in construction project management is demonstrated through our involvement in high-profile projects such as the refurbishment of the Houses of Parliament and the redesign of the National Portrait Gallery. We have a strong track record in safeguarding historic and significant buildings, including the British Museum and the Victoria & Albert Museum, showcasing our ability to manage complex and prestigious projects.
In addition to our project management capabilities, we offer comprehensive Health & Safety and CDM 2015 consultancy services, providing Principal Designer and Principal Contractor roles to ensure compliance with the latest safety regulations. Our experience extends to managing health and safety for large estates, such as Vodafone UK's 5000 assets, highlighting our capability to handle complex safety challenges.

Victoria Heath
Managing Director
Victoria Heath is a multi-disciplinary, award-winning expert in CDM (Construction Design and Management) and Health & Safety, with over 20 years of experience in management, consultancy, and leadership.
She has a diverse portfolio of projects across the UK, Europe, Africa, and Asia, with extensive experience in construction, manufacturing, nuclear power, telecoms, defence, occupational health and safety, events, broadcast, and film & TV production.
Victoria is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Occupational Safety & Health (CMIOSH) and a Certified Member of the Association for Project Safety (CMAPS). She has held significant roles, including Managing Director at Morgan Maskall Ltd and Head of Health & Safety/CDM at Purcell Architects, in addition to her specialist advice to international military projects and projects of public significance.
Her career highlights include leading the CDM capability for the complete refurbishment of the National Portrait Gallery, leading the Principal Designer function for projects across the Palace of Westminster estate and various national security projects with both the UK and US military.
Victoria is passionate about innovative solutions, sustainability, and problem-solving. She has been an active member of several industry working groups, including the Joint Advisory Committee for Entertainment and Various Telecoms organisations.
Her leadership and mentorship skills are complemented by her strong communication and cross-cultural acumen, making her a valuable asset to our clients.
Victoria Heath has received several notable awards and recognitions throughout her career. She was a finalist for the European Women in Engineering and Construction Award, highlighting her contributions and impact in these fields.
Additionally, she has been recognised by Build Magazine as an Influencer in Diversity and Inclusion and has received the Women in Construction Award. Her consultancy, Morgan Maskall Ltd, was also acknowledged by Build UK as the Best Small Multi-disciplinary Consultancy in Europe.
