Vesta Projects Group is a dynamic, multi-disciplinary consultancy, specialising in Health & Safety, CDM, Building Safety, Project Management, and Property Development.

Our team is led by Victoria Heath, an award-winning professional with over 20 years of experience leading construction projects in sectors including film and TV, nuclear energy, defence and national security, hospitals, education, manufacturing, and telecoms.

At Vesta, we are committed to delivering high-quality services and strategic solutions, ensuring that our clients' projects meet the highest standards of efficiency, safety, and satisfaction. Our team’s expertise spans high-profile projects for clients including Apple, Inditex, Vodafone, Chanel, The National Portrait Gallery, the Royal Household, JP Mogan, Disney, BAFTA, the V&A, and the Ministry of Defence, which means we are well-equipped to provide tailored solutions across a variety of project types.

In addition to our project management capabilities, we offer comprehensive Health & Safety and CDM 2015 consultancy services, providing Principal Designer and Principal Contractor roles to ensure compliance with the latest safety regulations. Our team’s experience extends to managing health and safety clients including the Dyson estate and Vodafone UK's 5000 assets.

Victoria Heath

Managing Director

Victoria Heath is a multi-disciplinary, award-winning expert in CDM (Construction Design and Management) and Health & Safety. Her career spans more than two decades leading construction projects across the UK, Europe, Africa and Asia, in sectors including film and TV, nuclear energy, defence and national security, hospitals, education, manufacturing, and telecoms.

Victoria is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Occupational Safety & Health (CMIOSH) and a Fellow of the Association for Project Safety (FAPS). She has held positions including Managing Director at Morgan Maskall Ltd and Head of Health & Safety/CDM at Purcell Architects, alongside roles as specialist advisor to international military projects and on projects of public significance.

Her portfolio highlights include leading the CDM capability for the complete refurbishment of the National Portrait Gallery, leading the Principal Designer function for projects across the Palace of Westminster estate, and national security projects with both the UK and US military.
